Redhawk at Springdale subdivision consists of fifteen single family homes on seven acres of land located on a quiet cul-de-sac. The project is bordered on two sides by Bureau of Land Management and property owned by the Town of Springdale.
Seven of the homes will be constructed to help meet the needs of employees who live and work in the Town of Springdale. These will be sold to individuals and families that are working or have worked in the Town of Springdale. This mixed-income community may include: teachers, town staff, firefighters, business owners and managers. All homes will be built using the same designs and quality construction materials.
